The Employee Grievance Cell is established with an aim of providing swift, effective, thorough, and discreet solution to the grievances of the employees of the organisation and also to assist handle problems at work and provide a best working environment.
The employees can raise Grievance with regard to their salary, Promotion, increments, Leave, working environment, Work load, Working hours, Peer Group, Training, Settlement benefits etc. to the grievance redressal cell.
The employee can raise their grievance though the online portal or mail the grievance to [email protected]
The cell takes utmost care to maintain the confidentiality of the grievance and to settle the grievance within specified time limits.
