- Annual Alumni Meet 2022
Sathyabama held an online Alumni Meet on 19th March 2022.
We were grateful for the opportunity to connect with our Alumni across the world. The Meet started with the address of the Registrar Dr. S. S. Rao. His scintillating welcome address inspired the alumni to jog back to the golden memories of their formative years. The vice Chancellor Dr. T. Sasipraba, brought the recent advancements in the University under spotlight and welcomed the alumni to participate and provide their intellectual contribution to their Alma mater.
Sathyabama alumnus from various branches across batches virtually attended the meet and shared how it has helped them succeed in their careers.
Alumnus Mr. Edward Chavan (1992-CSE), President, Peozzle Corporation shared a wonderful speech on encouraging the alumnus towards patent holding and key tips on how to build a successful startup.
Mr. Visharl Arjun RG, (2004-08- EEE), IRTS Ministry of Railways made a fascinating presentation on the responsible role of engineers to promote a social change. He quoted various real time examples to kindle the social responsibility of each engineer and their contribution required for the society.
The excellence of our alumnus was honored under six different categories and the Registrar felicitated the Distinguished Alumni Awardees.
Everyone expressed joy at meeting one another through video and audio and was happy to renew their bond with the institute. The meet ended with a warm closing note by Mr. Rohan Krishna (2004-08 – ETCE), Co-Founder & CEO @ EdSanta Education.

Sathyabama held an online Alumni Meet on 6th March 2021.
Although we all preferred to meet in person we were thankful for the chance to connect with Alumni across the world. The Meet started with the address of the Vice Chancellor,Dr. T. Sasipraba. Her cheering welcome address enthused the alumni to share their reminisces about their formative years and how it helped shape their identity.
Sathyabama alumnus from various branches across batches virtually attended the meet and shared how it has helped them develop niche careers.
Alumnus Mr Meenakshisundaram (1992, Mech), CEO, K6 Alloys, India shared his Wonderful Experience in Sathyabama during his study and the connect activities post that.
Mr. Boopathy Rajendran, the president of Alumni association shared his valuable views on the Alumni connect and the way Forward with it.
Mr. Jay Chandan (1995, CSE), Founder KASS Capital, UK made a fascinating presentation on how to advance and shine as an Entrepreneur.

Sathyabama held an online virtual alumni meet on March 26, 2020.
Despite the fact that we would have all loved to meet in person, we were still grateful for the opportunity to communicate via virtual mode with alumni all around the world. Dr. T. Sasipraba, the vice chancellor, initiated the gathering with a speech. Her energetic welcome speech inspired the alumni to share their memories of their early years and how they influenced the development of their identities.
Alumni of Sathyabama from a variety of branches and batches virtually joined the meeting and discussed how it assisted in the growth of their specialised careers.
Everyone was thrilled to rekindle their connection with the institute and expressed happiness at being able to meet one another via video and audio. As the gathering came to a close, Mr. Somasundaram, vice president of the alumni association, thanked everyone for coming and contributing.
